In a heartwarming display of holiday spirit, the Reagan County Middle School Student Council orchestrated a delightful surprise for the cherished residents of the Reagan County Care Center on Tuesday, December 18th, 2023.
Students hand-delivered the curated Christmas gift baskets to each resident, brimming with items designed to bring comfort and joy.
The highlight of the baskets was a cozy fleece throw, embroidered with the name of its recipient—a gesture that undoubtedly warmed hearts in more ways than one.
Accompanying this snug addition were essentials for self-care, including lotion, deodorant, shampoo, and conditioner, ensuring that the residents felt pampered and cared for during the holiday season.
The Student Council also included anti-slip fuzzy socks, ensuring both safety and snugness for the recipients as they prepare for the colder days ahead.
Finally, to add a personal touch, the students crafted handmade Christmas cards, expressing their warm wishes and spreading contagious smiles throughout the care center.
