RCISD Nears Completion of New Career and Technical Education Building

Reagan County Independent School District (RCISD) expects to begin using its new Career and Technical Education (CTE) Building in October, Superintendent Eric Hallmark said in an email. The only work left is installing a beef trolley, also called a butcher meat rail, and cleanup, Hallmark said
