With Christmas right around the corner, sisters Jocelyn and Remi Diaz took advantage of Santa Claus visiting Big Lake last Wednesday during the annual Christmas in the Park celebration. Jocelyn (8) and Remi (6) are the daughters of Jim and Nocona Diaz. Jocelyn told Santa that she would like Harry Potter Lego Set for Christmas, while Remi is simply asking for a puppy. The pair joined a host of other children who had their lists ready for Santa during Christmas in the Park, which is hosted by the Big Lake Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center. Santa praised the children of Big Lake during his visit stating that Reagan County has one of the highest percentages of children on the Nice List out of any area in the world!
