Matthew Christopher Hummingbird, 26 of Kermit, received a second charge for Inappropriate Relationship Between an Educator and Student Friday evening. Reagan County Sheriff Jeff Garner confirmed Hummingbird, who was arrested on the same charge Thursday, received the second charge after an investigation by Texas Ranger Philip Kemp.
