A former Reagan County ISD teacher/coach was arrested Thursday on a Reagan County warrant for an inappropriate relationship with a Big Lake student. Matthew Christopher Hummingbird, 26, was arrested by Reagan County deputies in Kermit on charges stemming from his one-year stay at RCISD as a Middle School math teacher and coach.
