Karen Dorsey entered the Reagan County Community Building last Thursday simply thankful to be nominated for Big Lake’s top award. Her heart was full. “It is such an honor to be mentioned in the same group as the other nominees,” Karen said. “I never dreamed I would receive Citizen of the Year.”
