The Reagan County Sheriff’s Department has arrested two people on Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity charges and a third is still wanted with an outstanding warrant.

Keith Robinson, 61 of Big Lake, and Mariah Nicole Kincaid, 26 of Big Lake, were arrested for Theft last week, while Mariah’s mother, Shelly Kincaid, is still wanted by the Sheriff’s Department.

According to the arrest warrant affidavit,  Shelly Kincaid and Mariah Kincaid went to Black Gold RV Park located on South Main Street in Big Lake and collected rent money from tenants on September 7, 2018 and October 22, 2018.

The total amount collected on those dates was $1,750.00.

The Black Gold RV Park had been sold to Chad Robinson in mid-August 2018. Chad Robinson is the son of Keith Robinson who was arrested.

According to the document, Shelly and Mariah had been fired from Black Gold RV in August and did not have permission to collect rent money anymore.

During an interview with Sergeant Nick Hammer, Mariah said she and Shelly went to the Main Street Black Gold RV Park and collected the rent money. She estimated the total amount to be $1,400. She also told Hammer that Keith Robinson had told her and Shelly to collect the money.

During the same interview, Mariah stated that once the money was collected, her mother Shelly turned the money over to Keith.

The arrest warrant affidavits note that during September and October of 2018 Keith Robinson was no longer the owner of the RV Park and did not have permission to collect money from the owner, his son Chad.

The theft charge alone stands as a Class A Misdemeanor due to the amount of cash allegedly stolen.

The charge is upgraded to a State Jail Felony with the Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity charge since the theft involved three people.

A State Jail Felony comes with a punishment of 180 days to two years in jail and a fine not to exceed $10,000.00.

The Reagan County Sheriff’s Department is seeking information on the location of Shelly Kincaid. If you have information on her whereabouts contact the Sheriff’s Department at 325-884-2424.

As with all criminal cases, Keith Robinson, Mariah Kincaid, and Shelly Kincaid are all considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
