Natalio, “Nat”, Peña passed away peacefully with family present on June 12, 2018 after a long bout with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia at the age of 73.

He was born in Fort Stockton,TX on July 2, 1944 to Eulalia and Ysidro Peña. He grew up along-side his brothers and sisters: he is preceded in death by Florentino Peña, Ramona Peña, Isabel Baiza, and Ysidro Peña Jr. Survived by: Angelita Ramos, Susanna Ramirez, Gabriel Peña, Adan Peña, and Irene Almaguer. He has so many nieces, nephews and friends therefore we know he is truly loved and his memory will live on forever.

He is survived by his beautiful, loving wife of 43 years, RoseMary Peña, and their six children: their sons Natalio Peña Jr., Raymond Diaz, Robert Diaz, Timothy James Peña, and their daughters Trisha Soto, and LaTisha Peña. Also their immediate grandchildren number to be a total of 12 along with their 7 great-grandchildren so his great legacy will be carried throughout many more generations.

Many know Nat to always have a smile and maybe a wise crack. He didn’t know a stranger and this trait carried on to his children. He was such a jovial soul and will now dwell in the house of The Lord as he awaits our reunion with him only to greet us with a big ‘bear’ hug and maybe a scolding about what took us so long.

Wake Services will be held June 15, 2018 at Robert Massey Funeral Home in San Angelo, TX at 7 pm followed by a Rosary. On June 16, 2018 Funeral

Mass will be held at Saint Margaret of Cortona Catholic Church at 10 am after which he will be laid to rest at Glen Rose Cemetery in Big Lake, TX.
