Big Lake’s Carlos Newlin plead guilty to four counts against him on March 7, 2018 and received 25 years in prison. Newlin was indicted for continuous sexual assault of a child (1st Degree Felony), Indecency with a child by contact (2nd Degree Felony) and two counts of indecency with a child by exposure (3rd Degree Felonies).
