Juanita Martinez Ybarra, 88, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Community Hospital in San Angelo, Texas. She was born October 29, 1925, in Rocksprings, Texas to

Donaciano and Petra (Reyna) Martinez. Juanita was a loving wife, mother, grndmaother all of her life.

Juanita gave her life to Christ in 1975 when she was baptized in the name of Jesus at the Apostolic Assemply in Big Lake, Texas. She was blessed with the gift of the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues October 17, 1976. She was a faithful member of the Darcas Society within her church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Julio Ybarra; and siblings Felix Martinez, Barbara Ramos, Angelina Lujan and Josefine Torres.

Juanita is survived by her loving children: Mario Ybarra and wife Armida of San Angelo, Texas, Yolanda Subia and husband Felipe Subia of Kermit, Texas, Julia Levario and husband Juan of Midland, Texas, Barbara Dominguez and husband Richard of Ozona, Texas, Armando Ybarra and wife Eleticia of Big Lake, Texas, Ida Marquez and husband Juan of Big Lake, Texas, Cynthia Salazar and husband Jesse of Big Lake, Texas.

She is also survived by a sister, Susie Calhoun, of Lubbock, Texas, 20 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson and many special nieces and nephews.

Commemorative Services were held at the Apostolic Assembly Church in Big Lake.
